Michael Affum Oseikoh is a finance professional with over nine years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, and tax compliance. He has built a strong reputation for delivering accurate financial insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategies that enhance business performance.

Michael has held key leadership roles in multinational organizations, including Finance Manager and Chief Accountant positions at Erium Ghana Ltd, Air Liquide Nigeria PLC, and Air Liquide BBS Oil and Gas Ltd. In these roles, he successfully led financial operations, implemented strong internal controls, and improved reporting systems that supported business growth and efficiency. His strong analytical and problem-solving abilities have consistently contributed to improved financial outcomes and cost optimization.

He joined PETROSOL in October 2024 as Finance Manager, where he quickly demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial acumen. His success in strengthening financial management and compliance led to his promotion in September 2025 to Head of Finance. In this role, he oversees financial planning, reporting, and strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.
