Rita Afful is a dedicated and results-focused Human Resources professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Linguistics from the University of Ghana and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi).

Rita has strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development. She has successfully led projects that improved teamwork, reduced staff turnover, and made HR processes more efficient.

She joined PETROSOL in November 2024 as Talent and Effectiveness Manager, where she led efforts to improve hiring, employee engagement, and overall company performance. Her success in this role earned her a promotion to Human Resources Manager in April 2025. In her current position, she oversees all HR activities, including talent management, policy development, performance management, and workforce planning.
