Joseph Yaribil joined PETROSOL in February, 2014 as the Operations Manager. He later became the Operations & Safety Manager as well the Head of Operations & Safety. In August, 2021, he became the Head of Compliance & Supply Chain.

He has over the years been very instrumental in implementing PETROSOL’s retail outlets development program leading to phenomenal growth in the number of our retail outlets.

He has brought his hands-on experience and dedication to duty to bear on raising the quality level of our fuel stations countrywide, both in the execution of new projects and the re-engineering of existing stations to fit into PETROSOL's standard.

He has been very instrumental in ensuring that PETROSOL's operations continue to witness significant improvement, thereby meeting regulatory requirements and PETROSOL's Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies, leading to PETROSOL winning a number of awards for HSSE best practices and also receiving triple ISO certification.

Prior to joining PETROSOL, he was the Operations Manager of NASONA Oil Co. Ltd, having previously served as their Compliance Officer.

He has also attended several courses and seminars on petroleum business operation, safety, compliance, lubrication, leadership, etc.

Mr. Yaribil holds a Master of Science (Supply Chain Management) degree from Coventry University, UK (through the Ghana Telecom University College, Accra) and BSc. Degree in Chemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. He also has an Executive Mastery Certificate in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership. Joseph also sits on the Strategic Oversight Committee of the Chamber of Oil Companies (COMAC).
