Joseph Yaribil

Mr. Yaribil joined PETROSOL in February, 2014 as the Operations Manager. He later became the Operations & Safety Manager and now the Head of Operations & Safety.

He has over the years been very instrumental in implementing PETROSOL’s retail outlets development programme leading to phenomenal growth in the number of our retail outlets.

He has brought his professionalism and dedication to duty to bear on raising the quality level of our fuel stations countrywide, both in the execution of new projects and the re-engineering of existing stations to fit into PETROSOL’s standard.

He has been very instrumental in ensuring that PETROSOL’s operations continue to witness significant improvement, thereby meeting regulatory requirements and PETROSOL’s Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies.

Prior to joining PETROSOL, he was the Operations Manager of NASONA Oil Co. Ltd, having previously served as their Compliance Officer.

He has also attended several courses and seminars on petroleum business operation, safety, compliance, lubrication, leadership, etc.

Mr. Yaribil holds a Master of Science (Supply Chain Management) degree from Coventry University, UK (through the Ghana Telecom University College, Accra) and BSc. Degree in Chemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. He also has an Executive Mastery Certificate in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership.
